M. All members were present except Coun.cilm2r'Goetz. President Fish <br />presided. - • <br />STATE OF INDIAN ?A ) CALL FOR SPECIAL MEETING OF <br />ST. JOSEPH COUNTY )SS <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND ) THE COMMON COUNCIL <br />TO THE MEMBERS OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />You are hereby notified thet under and by virtue of the Authority by law vested in me as <br />Mayor of the City of South Bend, of the State of Indiana., a Special Meeting of the Common <br />Council of said City is hereby called to meet at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P. M. or „Cs soon there <br />after hs convenient, on Wednesday evening, August 4th, 1937, for the purpose of considering the <br />following: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3220 <br />"An Ordin =nce fixing the salaries and providing for paid vacations <br />of certain city officials and employes of the municipal city of <br />South Bend, Indip.r_a, and repealing all ordinances and parts of. <br />Ordinances in conflict *therewith.'t <br />elso ORDINANCE ITO. 216 <br />"An Ordinance fixing the srlsri-es for the various officiAls of the <br />Civil City of South Bend, Indiana, for the period commencing Januery. <br />1, 1938, to December 31, 1938, both inclusive.” <br />And further to consider the Controllers budget estimates for 1938 as recommended by the Mayor <br />of the City of South Bend, and further to consider the controllers estimates of levy needed <br />for the Civil City of South Bend for 1938 as recommended by the Mayor of the City of South <br />Bend. <br />Dated this 3rd day of August, 1937 -, A.
