BE IT PESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend: That the action of the Board of Public Works and Safety of Smith Bend under date of March 15', 1937, in purchasing one Sengrave's Srecipl seven hundred fifty (750) gallon pumper Combination Pum ing Engine for the sum of Ninety -Three Hundred Twenty Dollars ($9320.00) less five per cent (5�0 for cpQh in full within thirty (3C)) days of delivery in accordance with the ^mount appxo- printed in the 1937 Budget be in all thinp-s confirmed by this body.
