10 <br />Ja.nuery 4th. 1 <br />ANNUAL MEETING <br />V <br />MINUTES <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met-in the <br />Council Chambers in the City-Hall, on January-4th, 1937, at the hour of 7:40 o'clock P. M. for <br />their Annual Meeting. All members were present except Councilmen Hull.. <br />PreBidbnt Fish -called the meeting to order.- Councilmen James-moved that the present <br />officers be re- elected, 0bnnct1man Fish es President; Councilmen James as Vice President- and <br />Countilmen Goetz 2s Chairman of the Committee of the thole. Councilman-Chambers seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried. <br />Roll Call. - Goetz, Bierw?gen, Chambers, Kerner, Rasmussen, James and Pal.icki; 7 eyes. Fish, 1 <br />nay. <br />Councilman Goetz moved thAt the City Clerk cast entire vote of the council for Councilmen <br />Fish rs'Preeident; Cou.ncilm_ln James as Vice President and Councilmen Goetz as Chairman of the <br />Committee of the Whole. Councilmen Chambers seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />Breaid nt Fith`-- .$sked the body of the. Council to study the rules and regulations of the <br />Council. Said °being referred to the Committee on Ordinances to report back to the Cc-.I,ncil. <br />There being no further business, Councilman Goetz moved to adjourn.
