MINUTES
<br />Be it remembered that the-Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indian2, met in the
<br />Regular_ Session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Monday evening, December 28th, 1g36
<br />at the hour of 7:35 P,M. All members were present except councilman James. President Fish
<br />presided.

<br />The Official Bond of Peter A. Becakiewicz the duly elected County Treasurer and Ex- Officio
<br />6th, 1936 for the
<br />City Treasurer of the City of South Bend, Indiana, St. Joseph on November
<br />term of two years beginning January lst, 1937, in the sum of 675,000.00 as principal the Great
<br />American Indemnity Company , New York as Surety. Said Bond wa.s duly signed by Peter A. Beczkiew

<br />and the Great American Indemnity Company of New -York, by their Attorney - in - fact on lst d8y
<br />of"January lst, 1937, end was duly acknowledged by said Company by NataxyxRxbkkxx Louis C. Knap

<br />On•motion of Councilmen Goetz the Bond was accepted by the Council by the following vote: Hull
<br />Goetz, Bierwagen, IRANN Kerner, Fish, Rasmussen and Palicki, 7 ayes. Chambers, 1 ney.

<br />Councilman Goetz moved said two bonds be accepted. Councilman Kerner seconded the motion. Motion
