<br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the
<br />Regular Session in the Council ChRmbers of the City Hall, Monday evening, December 14th, 1936
<br />Pt the hour of 7 :59'P. V. All members were present except Councilman James. President Fish
<br />presided. Councilmen Hull moved that the reading of the minutes for the last three meetings
<br />be dispensed wits. Councilman. Goetz seconded the motion. :Motion. carried.
<br />CERTIFICATION OF POSTING NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS
<br />In the Matter Determining the Transferring of funds from one account to another account all under
<br />the Board of Health.

<br />Your Committee of the Whole to whom w2g referred An Ordinance transferring, funds from the
<br />Board of Health to other accounts under Bo ^rd -of Health for the purchase of two Studebaker Auto-
<br />mobiles, said transfer emainting -to a totikl sum of Twelve Hundred Twenty --Tevo Dollars.
<br />Respectfully report thst they have examined the matter and that in their opinion should be re_
<br />ported favorable. Geo. W. Goetz, Chairman..

<br />property occupied by the South Bend Flour & Feed Company.
