MINUTES <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the <br />Regular Session in the Council ChRmbers of the City Hall, Monday evening, December 14th, 1936 <br />Pt the hour of 7 :59'P. V. All members were present except Councilman James. President Fish <br />presided. Councilmen Hull moved that the reading of the minutes for the last three meetings <br />be dispensed wits. Councilman. Goetz seconded the motion. :Motion. carried. <br />CERTIFICATION OF POSTING NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS <br />In the Matter Determining the Transferring of funds from one account to another account all under <br />the Board of Health. <br />December 15th, 1936 <br />South Bend, Indians <br />I, Mary B.
