<br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana., ntet in the
<br />Special Session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Monday evening, November 30th, 1936
<br />at the hour of 7:40 P.M. All members were present. President Fish presided.

<br />TO THE MEMBERS OF THE COMMON COUNCIL
<br />OF THE CITY. OF SOUTH -BEND, INDIANA:
<br />You are hereby notified that under end by virtue of the authority by law vested in me as
<br />Mayor- of the. City of South Bend, of the State- of Indiana, a special meeting of the Common Counci'
<br />of said City 19 hereby called to be held at the hour of 7 :30 o'clock.P. M., or as soon there -
<br />after.es convenient, on Monday evening November °30th, 1936, in the Council Chambers in said
<br />City, for the .purpose, of considering the following Ordinance, to -unit:
<br />"An Ordinance transferring funds from.the Board of Health to other accounts
<br />under Board of Health for the purchase of two Studebaker Automobiles, said
<br />- transfer amounting to m total sum of Twelve Hundred Twenty -Two Dollars."

<br />reading the same to each councilmen, apon the date designated as follows:

<br />The report of the Call of Special Meeting of the Council was accepted by the Council and ordered
<br />to be placed on file. Motion carried.
<br />ORDINAKOE NO. 3195
<br />An Ordinance transferring funds from the Board of Health to other accounts under Board of
<br />Health for the purchase of two .Studebaker Automobiles, said transfer amounting to a total exim of
<br />Twelve Hundred Twenty- two - Dollars.
<br />The Ordinance was given its first reading by title, its second reading e full and on Motion
<br />of Councilmen Chambers was referred to the Committee of the Whole and also that a public hear
<br />ing be held December 14th, 1936. Councilman Rasmussen seconded the motion. Motion carried.
<br />Councilman Rasmussen moved that Dr. Carter be present at this hearing. Counc 'Tlman James second-
<br />ed the motion. Motion carried.
<br />There being no further business, Councilman Hull moved to adjourn. Councilman Chamberis second-
<br />ed the motion. Motion carried. Council adjourned at 7.45 P•M-
