<br />privilege in spotting coal cers on siding north side of Orange Street between Olive end Freemont
<br />Street, which was never been used for this purpose of unloading coal.
<br />The South Snore is spotting coel cars for C. W. Peterson 2611 W. Linden Ave., who is affiliated
<br />with the South Bend Coal and Wood of the seme address.
<br />We the undersigned ask your honorable body of the Council to consider the damage being done and
<br />ask for eleminPtion of infernal nusiance werehaving to content with.

<br />Lights, under the Board of Safety of the,City of South Bend, Indiana.
