Mr. Halsey of Harvard Institute and Mr. <br />Hoffman, President of Studebekers Plso made short talks. Mr. Qualls had char'e of-this part of <br />the meeting and made the introductions. <br />Councilman Goetz moved that Mr. Halsey meet with the Board of Safety and the Chief of Police and <br />also Mr. Qualls, t6�,a.d*tsd-w -tth them on safety regulations.
