On-account-of unforeseen and extra work made necessary by the <br />freeze up of water mains and service lines it will be impossible to furnish you with these re- <br />ports until the next Council meeting. <br />The recent trouble caused by the bursting of water-mains may make it necessary to'lower the main <br />in 2.11 of the newer - additions to the City.
