4� December 2, 1935 MINUTES SPECIAL MEETING Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met In the Special Session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Monday eyeing December 2nd', 1935, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P. M. All members were present except Councilman Chambers and Council- man James. President Hull presided. STATE OF INDIANA ST. CALL FOR SPECIAL MEETING OF 001,1111ON COUNCIL You are hereby notified that under and by virtue of the authority,by law vested in me as Mayor of the City of South Bend, of the State of Indiana, a special meeting of the Common Council of said City is hereby called to be held at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P. M., or as soon there- . after as convenient, on Monday evening December 2, 1935, in the Council Chambers is said City, for the purpose of considering the Ordinance transferring the sum of $1180.00 from certain accounts in the Board: of Health to other accounts in the Board of Health for the purchasing of new automobiles for said Board, -and also a Resolution approving the trading in of one 1931 Plymouth Coupe, and one 1931 Studebaker Coupe by the Board. of Heelth on the purchase of new, cars from Schermar.- Schaus Freemen, of South Bend, Indiana following ordinance and resolution, to -rit: "An Ordinance transferring the sum of $1150.00 from certain accounts in the Board. of Health. to other accounts in the Board of Health for the purchesinM of new automobiles for said Board." "A Resolution approving the trading in of one 1931 Plymouth Coupe, and one 1931 Stude- baker Coupe by the Boars?: of Health on the purchase of new cars from Scherman- Schaus Freeman, of South Bend,. The Ordinance was given its first reading by title, its second reading in full and on motior of Councilman Bierragen said ordinance ras referred to the Miscellaneous Committee consisting of Councilman Bierwagen, Rasmussen and James for investigation. Councilmen Rasmussen seconded the motion. On motion of Councilman Goetz said ordinance was referred to the Committee of th'e Whole also that a Pu�.lic Hearing be held December 16th, 1_G35 at 7:30 P. :2.
