RDINANCE NO An Ordinance approving the transfer of $4,766.63 in Union Trust �'ompany- Savings accounts a by the South Bend Municipal Water- Works Department Meter Deposit Fund to the General Fund e Municipal City of South Bend and authorizing the transfer by the proper officials of PiCity of South Bend of said Union Trust Account to Citizens Trust -& Savings Bank as Trustees the payment of an obligation due said Trustees by the City of South Bend, Indiana 'The Ordinance was given its first reading by title, its second reading in full and on Motion f Councilman Chambers was referred to the Committee of the 4hole, also that a Public Hearing be eld October 28th, 1935, at 7:30 P. The Ordinance was given its first reading by title, its second reading in full. and on Motion f Councilman Goetz was referred to the Committee of the Whole. Councilman Fish seconded the otion.
