COMMUNICATIONS:
August 1, 1935
I am wondering if something can't be done with the cats in this city. I am kept busy all day
trying to protect the birds. We have about eight cats to watch all day and why can't we have
a tax on cats just like we have on dogs?
Some folks have two or three cats. I hope something can be done about this.
