(CONTINUED FROM PAGE ' 312) <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />An Ordinance appropriAting the sum of $1500.00 from the general fund of the City of South Bend <br />to account numbered I -2A in the Street Department for the purpose of paying for Medical and <br />Hospital expenses in the Street Department for.the balance of the year 1Q35. <br />The Ordinance was given its first reading by title, its second reading in full ar_N on Motion of <br />Councilman Kerner, w ?s referred to the Co,. ^mittee of the Whole, also that a Public Hearing be <br />held August 5th, 1935, at 7:30 P. 11. Motion carried. <br />E. L. Howell, representing the National Fire Equipment Company bought his complaint before the <br />council regarding the Fire Department selling services at love prices to businesses in said city. <br />Councilman Goetz, moved that it be referred to the Bosrd of Safety. <br />Councilman Bi.erwager_, complained to the Council about trucks blocking Tutt and Fellow Streets. <br />Motion was made to have it referred to the Board of Safety. <br />On ":Notion of Councilmen Goetz, the Co.Incil' adjourned at 5:45 o'clock P.
