<br />Be it Remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the
<br />Special Session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Monday evening November 19th, 1934
<br />at the hour of 9 :05 o'clock P. M. All Members present except Councilman Nelson and Rokop.

<br />TO THE MEMBERS.OF_THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA.
<br />You are hereby notified that under and by virtue of the authority by law vested in me
<br />as Mayor tom' the City of South -Bend, of the -State of Indiana, a Special Meeting of the
<br />Common Council >of said City is hereby called to meet atthe hour of 7 :45 o'clock P. M., or as
<br />soon thereafter as convenient., ors Monday evening November 19th, 1934 for the purpose of
<br />receiving Reports, and taking final action on the following Ordinances, which titles are as
<br />follows:
<br />An Ordinance`Transferring a certain sum of Money from One apprdpriation in the Cemetei
<br />Department of the Department of Public forks to another Appropriation in the same Depart
<br />meats"
<br />An Ordinance -appropr3ating.� °the su of Fifteen Hundred Dollars 01,500.00) from the
<br />General Fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana, unto the Board of Publie: forks of
<br />said Vity of South Bend, Indiana �.
<br />ALSO For the ihtroduction of the following Ordinances, which Ritles are as follows:
<br />An Ordinance to Prohibit Marathons Dances, Walkathons, Skatathons or similan:end1rance
<br />contests within the Cntj of South Bend and :a Repealing Ordinance No. 3017 of the Ordin
<br />of said Cityu .
<br />a An Ordinance Transferring Funds from One SubDivision to another SubDivision all in the
<br />Department of Public Health ".
<br />An Ordinance authorizing the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana,,
<br />condemn and appropriate Lands between North Shore Drive and the Northern City Limits fo:
<br />the Extension of North Michigan Street from said Drive to said Limits, all as shown and
<br />r proposed in said Board's Condemnation Resolution No0_2481, 193411.
<br />An Ordinance Ratifying and approving the acceptance by the Department of Aviation.of t:
<br />City of South Bend, Indiana for an Extention oft a lease and alsox. an Extension of an
<br />option to purchase, both made and granted by the I Bendix Aviation Corporation to said
<br />Department of Aviation, both dated 24th day of Sept.' 19340.
