M. All Members present except Councilman Hiss and Oakley. President <br />Nelson presided. • <br />STATE OF INDIANA <br />ST. JOSEPH COUNTY CALL FOR SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COM MI COUNCIL <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />TO THE MEMBERS OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />You are hereby notified that under and by virtue of the authority by law vested in us as <br />councilmen of the city of South Bend Indiana, a,special meeting of the common council ofsaid <br />city zi is hereby called for-Four (43 olclock P.
