South Bend; Indtaxa" Mar. 2, 1934.' To the Common Council City of South Bend. Gentlemen :•Petition of E. -C. Noland -et al. for change of Zoning Classification of property on `I West side'of S. Rush Street has been checked -up in this department. While the.original petition bears signers for 62% of this property frontage, a remonstrance filed against this change also contained the names of owners who signed the ptition. -The net frontage thus remaining on the petition is but 40% which is insufficient for a valid.petition, and the same is herewith returned.
