It was suggested that if possible there be three captains <br />established, one for each shift, also suggested something in regard to Civil Service, <br />so that officers could not be'dem &ted without cause. Councilman Hiss made a Motion <br />that the matter rest in the Council for a week. Motion carried. <br />On Motion of Councilman Altfeld the Council adjourned at 8 :40 of,clock P.' M.
