March 12th, REGULAR MEETING. Be it Remembered that the Common Council of t#e City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Regular Session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Monday evening March 12th, -1934 at the hour of 9z 8 - :00 o'clock P. M. All Members present except Councilman Nelson. Vice - President Grzeskowiak presided. The Minutes-of the previous meeting wege read and on Motion of Councilman Hull were accepted as read. Motion carried. In the Matter of the Appropriating of the sum of $350.00 from the General Fund of the City of South_ Bend, to Sub - Department H -17 for appraisers) in the Department of Public Works. South Bend, Indiana, March 12th, 1934. I, Gladys M. To the Common Council of the,City of South Bend :_ Your Committee of the Whole to whom was referred An Ordinance appropriating the sum of Three Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($350.00) from the General Fund of the City of South Bend to Sub - Department H -17 for appraisers in the Department of Public Works. Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion the said Ordinance should be reported Favorable. Jno. C. Hiss, Chairman. The report was accept6d by the Council. REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE. To the Common Council of the City of South Bend Your Committee of the Whole to whom was. referred A Resolution from the South Bend Pharmacy Club_ to the Common Council mf in regard to.ithe City getting funds to build a Sewerage Disposal Plant thru the Public Worka Administration of the Federal Government. Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion the said Resolution should be reported accepted & placed on file. Jno. C. Hiss, Chairman.
