M. All Members present except Councilman <br />Nelsons' Vice - President Grzeskowiak presided. Nation carried. <br />O RD'INAN.CE NO.., <br />An Ordinance Transferring the sum of Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars from One Sub - <br />-Division to another-Sub- Division in the Department of Public Safety. <br />The Ordinance was given its first reading by title, its second reading in full and on <br />Notion of Councilman C.fi#6- was referred to the Cd)rhmittee of the Whole, also that a <br />Public Hearing be held November 6th, 1933 at 7:30 o'clock P. M. Motion carried. <br />ORDINANCE N0. <br />An Ordinance amending Ordinance `No.'2331 adopted by ihe. Common Council of the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana, on June 25th, 1923, commonly known as Zoning Ordinance. <br />The Ordinance was given its first reading by title, its second reading in full and <br />on Motion of Councilman Altfeld was referred to the City Plan Commission: to report back <br />to the Committee of the Wholep also that a Public Hearing be held November 6th, 1933 at <br />7 :30 o'clock P. M. Motion carried. <br />On Motion of Councilman Whiteman the Council adjourned at 89.00 o'clock P. M.
