M. All Members present. President ,Nelson presided. The inutes of <br />the previous meeting were read and on Motion of Councilman Hull were accepted as read*'' Motion <br />carried. <br />• <br />REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE. <br />To the Common Council of the City of South Bend: <br />' Your Committee of the Whole to whom was referred An Ordinance Licensing and Regulating: <br />Itinerant Produce Dealers. Respectfully report that they have examined the matter, and that in <br />their opinion the said Ordinance should be reported favorable as amended by adding the f ollowin <br />words in Section 6. n as shown by affidavit duly signed by such producer and filed with City <br />by the Council and placed on file.` <br />Controller ":'Jno.
