Motion carried.` <br />REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE. -' <br />To the Commo$'Council of the City of South Bend: <br />Your Committee of the Whole to whom was referred A Petition to amend Zoning - Ordinance No. <br />2331 adopted June 25th, 1923, commonly known as the " Zoning Ordinance ", of Lots 25,26, and 27 <br />Vogtis Addition to the City of South Bend; Indiana, saidrr�property located on the S. side of <br />Lincoln Way, West, comprising 1 Block between Kentucky St, and from there E. to alley. <br />Respectfully report that they have examined the matter, and that in their opinion the.said <br />Petition should be reported Favorable and that City Attorney draw an Ordinance for same.
