<br />Be it Remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiand, -met in-the
<br />Regular Session in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Monday evening, October 24th, 1932

<br />of the previoua.meeting-were read and on Motion of Councilman Hull were accepted.en read:

<br />placed on file, also that they be- referred to the Committee of the Whole:' Motion carried:
<br />REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE' OF THE-WHOLE.
<br />To the R Common Council of the City of South Bend;
<br />Your Committee of the Whole to whom was referred a Petition of Tax- Payers-to Discontinue
<br />Free Parking. Respectfully report that they have examined the matter , and that in their
<br />opuinion the said Petition should be reported that a`fee of not less than Ten cents be charge
<br />for parking. John C. Hiss, Chairman:' The report was accepted by the Council.,
