<br />Be it,-Remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in
<br />the Regular Session in the Council Chambers :in the City Hall, Monday evening S=eptember
<br />12th, 1932 at the hour of 7 :45 o'clock P Mo All Members present except Councilmen Oakley
<br />and Gripe:' President Nelson presided: The Minutes of the two previous meetings -were read
<br />and on Motion of Councilman -Hull were accepted as read.` Motion carried.
<br />ORDINANCE N0. 2993:'
<br />An Ordinance Transferring certain sums of MQnney from One appropriation in the
<br />Department of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana, to other appropriations in the
<br />same Ilepartmente:
<br />The Ordinance was given its first reading by title its second reading in full and
<br />on Motion -of Councilman Whiteman the Rules were suspended by the following vote: Nelson,
<br />White oQ z, Hull, Jaworski, Altfeld, Hiss, Grzeskowiak and Gustin, Ayes 10,
<br />Nays a goes to third reading:'
<br />The Ordinance was given its third reading by title, and was placed upon its passage and
<br />passed by the following vote: Nelson, Whiteman, Rokop, Goetz, Hull, Jaworski, Altfeld, Hiss,
<br />Grzeskowiak and Gustin, Ayes 10, Nays 0 Ordinance adopted.'
