<br />Hearing.be helt August 22nd, 1932 at 7 :30 o'clock P. M. Motion carried.'

<br />An Ordinance appropriating Monies for the Purpose of Defraying the Expenses of the
<br />Several Departments of the City Government of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana, for the
<br />year Beginning January 1, 1933, and ending December 31, 1933, including all outstanding Claims
<br />and obligations and Fixing a Time when, the same shall taker►ffect:
<br />The Ordinance was given its first reading by title., its second reading in full and on
<br />Motion of Councilman Cripe was referred to the Committee of the Whole, also that a Public
<br />Hearing be held August 22ndk:, 1932: Motion carried. Councilman Oakley makes a Motion that
<br />the Ordinance be discussed at the next Committee of the Whole meeting, which will be held
<br />August- 15th,.1932 at 7 :30 o'clock P.' M. Motion carried.

<br />Indiana Avenue, Broadway Street, Stull Street, Garst Street, Sample Street and Tutt Street

<br />Motion of Councilman Cripe the Rules were suspended by the following vote': Nelson, Whiteman,
<br />Rokop, Goetz, Hull, Jaworski, Altfeld, Hiss, Oakley, Grzeskowiak, Cripe and Gustin, Ayes 12,
<br />Nays 0*` Rules suspended and Ordinance goes to third reading.`

<br />and passed by the following vote: Nelson, Whiteman, Rokop, Goetz, Hull, Jaworski, Altfeld,
