<br />Your Committee of the Whole to whom was referred An Ordinance appropriating the sum of
<br />Seven Hundred Fif y (750:00) Dollars from the _General Fund of the City of South Bend

<br />Indiana, to the Board of Public Works for the Purpose of defraying such cost as the said

<br />Board may deem advisable to expend in an effort to obtain reductions of utility rates.'
<br />Respectfully report that they have examined the matters and that in their opinion the said
