<br />adopt a resolution whereby it authorized the transfer to the General Fund of the City of
<br />South Bend, Indiana, the amount of ($30,000:00) out of funds accumulated by reason of the tax
<br />levy for the civil city of South Bend, Indiana.) Respectfully report that they have examined th
<br />matter, and that in their opinion the said Resolution should be reported Favorable.` John C.' His
