<br />Be it Remembered that - the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the
<br />Regular Session in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Monday evening October 12th, 1931,
<br />at the hour of 4:15 o'clock P: M: All Members present except Councilman Rokop. President
<br />Nelson presided. The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and on Motion of Councilman
<br />Hull were referred to the Committee o7j the Inspection and Supervision of the Minutes. Motion

<br />Your Committee on the inspection and supervision of the minutes, would respectfully report
<br />that they have inspected the minutes of the previous meetting of, -the Council and found them

<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend:
<br />That the bond, and or bonds, of the „Treasurer of the City of South Bend.conditioned upon
<br />the faithful compliance of such - Treasurer with the provisions of Chapter 99 of the Acts of the
<br />General Assembly for the year 1931, being a An Act for the collection, payment and enforcement
<br />of special assessments levied on account of public improvements add bonds issued im antioipation
<br />of such a collection," etc., and for the faithful accounting for all funds coming to his hands
<br />pursuant to the provisions of such Act and the statutes to which ;it is supplemental, be fixed al
<br />the total amount of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000 :'00) and that the res4 taxion
<br />heretofore adopted by this Council on the 13th day of-July, 1931, with reference to the amount
