Per our telephone conversation, the intent of <br />this project is to create a legal lot of record for the north portion of the property and a Outlot for the south <br />portion of the property where the retention basin is located. The proposed Subdivision Replat would take <br />the existing Lot # 3 and Lot # 4 of the "Airport Industrial Park Phase II, Part `B" Major Subdivision Plat <br />and reconfigure the lots to create one larger lot for north portion of the site and the remaining property <br />which contains an existing retention easement will become an unbuildable Outlot which ownership <br />would be transferred from the Airport Authority to the City of South Bend. The City of South Bend <br />would then become responsible for the retention basin and its maintenance. <br />Based on our discussions with the Area Plan Commission, the proposed lot reconfiguration would <br />require submittal and approval of a One Lot -One Outlot Subdivision Replat. Our cost to provide the <br />above described Professional services is shown below: <br />A). Preparation of a One Lot -One Outlot Subdivision Replat, <br />1).
