<br />We the undersigned druggists - of- South. Bend .having - had -our attention brought to certain amendment
<br />proposed to the.Building Code.in- which -we- are- vitally,interested,.wish, *,at this time to call
<br />your: - attention to the fact that Electrical Appliances as sold.by Druggists are factory-,tested aid
<br />guaranteed b the maker to be perfect:' No further .inspectionbeing_necessary We furthermore
<br />feel that a 4#100 fee imposed-on dealers for obtaining a permit is exorbitant and will not serve
<br />to correct any evils that may exist in the handling of.'ingf erior Electrical Appliances and
<br />to
<br />recommend that the fee be eliminated.';This does not mean or omply that we are ofposed
<br />applying for permits to deal in Electrical Appliances: We respectfully ask that you carefully co
