<br />respectfully request that your Honorable Board.recommend the drafting of an ordinance amending
<br />the zoning ordinance of said City, whereby said lots, and all of them, be changed from A-
<br />Residential to C- Commercial Zone. The reasons for said change, arel that these lots are
<br />located at tie corner of Niles Avenue and Howard Street, in said City, and are better fitted,
<br />more adaptable and will be of greater service t6 the community as businesa rather than for
