<br />Whereas the Board of Park Commissioners of the City of South Bend, Indiana, has reported
<br />to thi "s Council]. that it desires' permissions for the sale of certain permission for the sale of
<br />- certain - personal - property belonging to the said city, which property is ,situate upon Park
<br />- real estate and has requested this Council to petition the Judge of 1 St. Joseph Circuit Court
<br />to appoint appraisers to appriase said personal_property:`
<br />1Qo w, therefore be itresolved by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana,
<br />that the Judge of the Ste" Joseph Circuit Court be and is hereby requested tm appoint three
<br />disinterested free - holders of said city to make.appraisement of the property described in the
