<br />Gentlemen: Petition of Bendix Realty Company for change of Zoning classification of property
<br />bounded by Lincoln stay, West, Maple Wood x Ave.' and the City boundary from A residence and A
<br />height and Area districts to D-light industrialD and F height and area districts was considered
<br />by the City Plan Commission at their regular meeting April 20 1931 and this change is recommen(
<br />by them. Respectfully, De Moomaw, Sect: The report was.accepted by the Council.
