R:' Hinkle who was present at the Council meeting spoke with sorrow of the <br />tragic death of a the much loved citizen "Knuth K:' Rockne ", who loss was a severe blow <br />to the citizens of South Bend and the nation. <br />Walter Clements, City Attorney also expressed his grief at the death of Mr *' Rockne, who <br />was a 31 f6rmer classmate of Mr:' Clements *" <br />MOTION.
