<br />An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2334 commonly known as the - Zoning Ordinance:
<br />e Ordinance was given its third reading by title, and was placed upon its passage and
<br />assed by the following vote: Whiteman, Goetz, Hull, Jaworski, Altfeld, Hiss, Oakley, Urzeskowia
<br />ripe and, Gust in Ayes 0, - Nays: 10, - Ordinance -- Lost.'

<br />An Ordinance appropriating the sum of Thirty Nine Hundred Dollars (439000,'00) from the
<br />eneral Fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana, to the Department of " Publim Works for it's
<br />treet and Alley Department of the City of South Bend, Indiana, for the Payment of Two Graders
<br />or said Street and Alley Department. -
<br />The Ordinance was given its :first reading by title, its second reading in full and on
<br />lotion of Councilman Gripe was referred to the Committee of the Whole, also that a Public
<br />fearing be held March 23rd, 1931 at 7:30 o'clock P: M*" Motion carried.

<br />A n ordinance ratifying, confirming and approving a certain contract and agreement made
<br />,nd entered into by and between the City of South Bend, Indiana by and through its Board of
<br />ublic Works, and Northern Indiana Railway, Inc., which said contract relates to the.construct-
<br />on, maintenance, operation and use of street and interurban railway tracks upon certain
<br />treets in the City of South Bend, Indiana: -
<br />The Ordinance was given its first reading by title , its second reading in full and on:

<br />o the Committee of the Whole, also that a Public Hearing h be held April 6th, 1931 at 7.30
