<br />Be it Remembered that the Common Council met in the Regular Session in the Council Chambers
<br />in the City Hall., Monday evening January 26th, 1931 at the hour of 7 :35 o'clock P*` M*` All
<br />members present except-Councilmen Hull, Hiss and Oakley:' President Nelson presided. The Minutes
<br />of the previous meeting were read and on Motion of Councilman Cripe were referred to the

<br />approving a certain contract and agreement made'and entered into by and between the City of Spt,
<br />South Bend, Indiana by and through its -Board of Public Works. and Northern Indiana Railway ,Inc.,
<br />.which said contract relates to the construction , maintenance , operation and use of street
<br />and interurban railway tracks upon certain streets in the City of South Bend, Indiana.'
<br />Respectfully report that they have examined the matter, and that in their opinion the said
