<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and the Common Council of the City of South Bend., Indiana,,

<br />accomplishment of the Notre Dame Football team and that the Administration hereby gives_
<br />official praise to the University of Notre Dame which -has produced under the leadership of the
