<br />WHEREAS on account of the resignation of Walter Iol Fegan as Counoilman —at —Large of the Ci y
<br />of South Bend, Indiana, a vacancy has occurred in the office of Councilman —at— Large of this City
<br />of which resignation this Ca�noil was duly informed at its regular session on November 10� 1930; and
<br />WHEREAS a speoial_ meeting of this Council has-been called, of which due notice has been
