UTILITIES COMMITTEE <br />The July 14, 2008 meeting of the Utilities Committee of the South Bend Common Council was <br />called to order by its Chairperson, Oliver J. Davis at 4:10 p.m. in the Council's Informal Meeting <br />Room. <br />Committee Members in attendance included Council Members Oliver J. Davis, AI "Buddy" Kirsits, <br />Ann Puzzello, Thomas LaFountain, Tim Hudak <br />Others present were: Kathy Cekanski-Farrand, Council Attorney, John Voorde, City Clerk. <br />UPDATE <br />Chairperson Oliver J. Davis stated that Gary Gilot had requested that this update be rescheduled <br />until the august 11, 2008 meeting and will have % hour set aside for an update on Utilities and <br />2008 paving program. <br />There being no further business to come before the Committee, Councilmember Oliver J. Davis <br />adjourned the meeting at 4:12 p.m. <br />
