ZONING & ANNEXATION COMMITTEE JULY 14, 2008 <br />Committee Members Present: Councilmember's Oliver Davis, Vice Chairperson, David Varner, <br />Thomas LaFountain <br />Councilmember's Ann Puzzello, Henry Davis <br />Others Present: Rita Kopala, Jamie Loo, Martha Lewis, Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand, John Voorde <br />BILL NO.24-08 -REZONE PROPERTY AT 2801 S. MAIN - ORANGENSAFT <br />Councilmember Varner made a motion to continue this bill until the July 28, 2008 meeting of the <br />Council, at the request of the petitioner. Councilmember LaFountain seconded the motion which <br />carried. <br />Council Attorney Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand stated that Councilmember Puzzello is working with <br />the Building Department to tighten and standardize the boarding house definition. <br />There being no further business to come before the committee, Councilmember Oliver Davis, <br />Vice-Chairperson, adjourned the meeting at 3:49 p.m. <br />61i Davis, i e`'Chairperson <br />Zoni & Ann xation Committee <br />
