<br />were read and on Motion 4 ,Councilman Hull vgere referred to the Committee on the Inspection
<br />and Supervision of Minutes., Motion carried:

<br />Wes the undersigned, being the owners of mgre than fifty per centum_ of the land fronting
<br />on Lincoln Way West between Blaine and Sherman Streets, both on the North and South side of
<br />Lincoln Way West, respectfully show to the Honorable Common Council of the City of South Bend
<br />that said fron §age was zoned as "B" residence district and "A" Height and Area District., by
<br />Ordinance Number 2334 zx of the_Ci.ty of South Bend, adopted June 25, 1923s and commonly -known
<br />as the Zoning Ordinance and they respectfully petition and request said council to adopt an
<br />ordinance changing the present zoning,regulatign of said property so that the same shall be
<br />zoned n in "B" Height and Area District, also t #at the Use and Occupancy be changed from "B1°
<br />residence to "C" Commercial Use & Occupancy 2 District.'
