<br />that we pause for a mosint in memory of Ralph M. Hutchinson, one of our no blest
<br />citizens, whose untimely death occurad today.
<br />IE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, out of respect to this former member of our, body that
<br />the City Clerk be directed\,to forward a copy of this resolution to the btreaved
<br />family of this man whose civic spirit was 'so no hiy ex�mplifi.ed in his every aQt
<br />and that. this, resolution be spread on the minutes. of this meeting.
