County Public Library states that all of the land on either side of the alley is <br />owned by the Library which is not true. The Redevelopment Commission owns the following parcels that abut the alley <br />on the East side: <br />P A RC E L I D: 018-3008-027802 <br />PARC E LI D: 018 -3008 -0279 <br />PARCELI D: 018- 3008 -0280 <br />PARCELI D: 018-3008-0281 <br />PARC E LI D: 018 - 3008 -0282 <br />PARCE LID: 018 -3008- 028301 <br />Vacating the alley is not advisable at this time as it would not allow for alley access to the Redevelopment Parcels which <br />would be landlocked.
