It would incorporate changes to the <br />Second District <br />regulations governing the Community Campus Advisory Coalition <br />(CCAC). <br />Valerie Schey <br />the CCAC membership <br />Third District <br />Since 2007, the CCAC has been actively meeting on a regular basis. As a <br />result of these collaborative efforts, improved communications have taken <br />Fred Ferlic <br />Fourth District <br />place between the City of South Bend and our academic neighbors. <br />Neighborhood representatives and law enforcement officials have noted <br />David Varner <br />on several occasions that the quality of life issues continue to be positively <br />Fifth District <br />addressed as a result. <br />Oliver J. The following changes to Section 14 -52 of <br />the South Bend Municipal Code received a favorable recommendation <br />Derek D. Dieter <br />from the CCAC at its last meeting, <br />At Large <br />Gavin Ferlic <br />■ Increases the CCAC membership from 21 to 24 members <br />At Large <br />■ Deletes "City Attorney" and inserts "Corporation Counsel" to reflect <br />the current head of the Department of Law <br />Karen L. White <br />■ Adds an Ivy Tech Community College official to the CCAC <br />At Large <br />membership <br />■ Adds a member of the St. Joseph County Association of Realtors to <br />the CCAC membership <br />■ Adds the St. Joseph County Sheriff to the CCAC membership <br />■ Corrects the title of the Alcohol Beverage Board <br />■ Changes the meetings from monthly to quarterly <br />■ Would have the CCAC meeting minutes posted on the Council's <br />website for informational purposes <br />
