NEMETH, Mayor <br />COUNTY -CITY BUILDING SOUTH BEND, INDIANA 46601 <br />May 16, 197£3 <br />Members of the Common Council <br />441 County /City Building <br />South Bend, IN 46601 <br />RE: Municipal Services Facility Repairs - $5,000 <br />Dear Councilmen: <br />2191284 -9251 <br />The attached ordinance requesting the appropriation of $5,000 from the <br />General Revenue Sharing Trust Fund is for the purpose of effecting roof <br />repairs at the Municipal Services Facility Building. <br />This is the second time in the 11 years of the existence of the building <br />that leaks have developed in the roofing system. It is suggested by the <br />Department of Public Works that the repair of these leaks on an individual <br />basis is of greater advantage to the City of South Bend than engaging in a <br />complete replacement of the roof at this time.
