Based <br />on the Urban League's information, the projected level of service will <br />be approximately 260 clients. Client eligibility is based on Title XX <br />and CDBG income guidelines. It is anticipated that 60% of the clients will <br />be SSI or AFDC recipients and 40% will be "income eligible." <br />The following budget reflects the CDBG and Title XX monies: <br />PERSONNEL <br />Full Time Counselor <br />Part Time Assistant <br />Part Time Secretary <br />FRINGE <br />$10,920 <br />1,800 <br />1,200 <br />SUBTOTAL $13,920 <br />FICA <br />Health Insurance - Coordinator <br />SUBTOTAL <br />835 <br />336 <br />$ 1,171 <br />
