(1) The property sought to be rezoned is located between South Main Street and South. Michigan Street in South Bend, Indiana, and commences at the Southend of the Lucky Steer property being approximately two hundred ninety -five (295) feet South of the Southeast corner of the intersection of Chippewa Avenue and South Main Street, and extending Southerly for a distance of approximately five hundred twenty -five and 80/100(525.80) feet. (2) Name of property owners: J. Frank Hartwig, Shirley M. Hartwig, James P. Locker and Margaret Locker 218 Sycamore Street South Bend, Indiana 46617 Telephone: (219) 23.2 -2015 (3) It is desired and requested that this property be rezoned from a B- Residence District to a C- Commercial District. (4) This rezoning is requested so as to allow the following uses: Retail commercial uses permitted by a C- Commercial District, such as a fast food restaurant operation.
