BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: Section 1. Ordinance No. 4990 -68, as amended, which ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South. Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: LOT "At' A part of Lot 2 of Chippewa Minor Subdivision, City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at. the NE corner of said Lot 2; thence S 06 011100" W along the East line thereof 117.69 feet; thence S 90 000'00" W 337.86 feet to the West line of said Lot; thence N 04046140" E along said West line 117.41 feet to the North line of said lot; thence N 90 000100" E along said North line 340.75 feet to the place of beginning. LOT "B" A part of Lot 2 of Chippewa Minor Subdivision, City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the East line of said Lot 2, 117.69 feet South of the NE corner thereof; thence S 06 011100" W along said East line 181.06 feet; thence S 90 000'00" W 333.40 feet to the West line of said Lot; thence N 04 046'40" E along said West line 180.63 feet; thence N 90000100" E 337.86 feet to the place of beginning.
