ORDINANCE NO. 6343 -78 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $18,085.00 FROM <br />THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT, COMMONLY <br />REFERRED TO AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR <br />VARIOUS PUBLIC WORKS PROGRAMS TO BE ADMINIS- <br />TERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS <br />BUREAU OF EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />Additional funds are needed by the Bureau of Employment <br />and Training to administer the 1978 Summer Environmental <br />Clean -up Program. It is to provide support services in the <br />areas of Equipment Repair, Truck Leasing, Gasoline, Repair <br />Parts, and Program Equipment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, as follows: <br />SECTION I.
