Kelzenberg <br />Director - CET <br />Proposed CETA Title III mme Budge for 1978 <br />April 5, 1978 <br />I am submitting for your consideration the proposed CETA <br />Title III Budget for the Summer Program for Economically <br />Disadvantaged Youth (SPEDY) for 1978. <br />This Budget assumes an allocation of $711,286. This is <br />the preliminary planning figure received from the Depart- <br />ment of Labor. Final allocation figures have not been <br />received at this time. <br />I am resubmitting a revised Attachment I showing the <br />approximate total allocations and expenditures under all <br />major CETA Titles. For clarification, I am also including <br />Attachment II which shows in detail the total Administra- <br />tive Costs approved by the Council last fall. It is <br />estimated that approximately 12.6% of actual Administra- <br />tive Costs will be assigned to Title III SPEDY. <br />I am prepared to answer any further questions. <br />li <br />
