For your information, I have included copies of Resolution 284 -71 & 285 -71 <br />which the Coffin Council passed in 1971. 'These were the resolutions which <br />camnitted the City to the stabilizing of the Northeast area and Model <br />Cities area through code enforcement. I have also included the HUD audit <br />report on both projects which outlines the City's share of project costs. <br />If you have additional questions, feel free to contact my office. <br />
